Super Friendly and Super Quick! Booked a date to drop my car off with Jason and they seemed pretty busy with all the cars parked out front. The diagnosis was free and the techs did an amazing job and pointing what the issue with my car was. There was full transparency and super nice the whole time and for a place so revered the time to get my car back was astonishingly quick. 100% would recommend this place to everyone.

I recently had my car serviced at Mr. Transmission Pembina Hwy location. They barely had it 24 hours and were able to do the transfer case and replace the seals. They also replaced my stabilizers. My alternator and belt had to be replaced too. I cannot say enough praises to Blair, Darren and the staff. Their courtesy, professionalism, and work ethics are above reproach. I learned of their store through a close friend. I had gone for an estimate at a dealership that had said I had a faulty transmission that had to be replaced. In fact, that was wrong! I was noticing a shudder in my Promaster transmission so I brought it to MT Peterborough. The person serving me was Steve and I really appreciated the customer service from him. The mechanic (forgot his name) put a scanner on my vehicle and we went for a test drive. No problems found, it was my misunderstanding only. No charge for this service even though I offered to pay for one hour shop rate. I would highly recommend MT Peterborough based on my experience with them.

My transmission completely died in Kanata in 2022 and I went to the closest transmission shop I could find and I am glad it was Mister Transmission! Changing the whole transmission was costly but necessary on my old 89 Camper Van. The staff was really kind and knowledgeable. After 2 years I had a new small issue (van could not reverse) and they were nice enough to inspect it for me and do a repair at no cost even if the warranty was done. I highly recommend this garage!
