I recently dealt with Mister Transmission after being misdiagnosed by another company. I was told it was my transfer case and was going to be over $3000 but Mister Transmission actually found the issue regarding the noise we kept hearing on our car and saved us money too. This was my first time dealing with anything like this, but they were patient, answered all my questions, gave extra context where needed and just gave top notch customer service. I have to give them a 5 out of 5! Huge kudos to Jason and Jordan! Thank you both (and Ryan) for such a great experience! Highly recommended! 🌟

I went for the first time to this location this morning, and the crew there was phenomenal! I was in and out in less than two hours and my issue was resolved. I'm sure it isn't always going to be this fast strictly because every vehicle issue is different, but I know that they will do their best to get you on the road asap! They were recommended to me and I am so glad I went! Jordan was kind and friendly , with great listening skills, and his colleague at the reception area (sorry I didn't get your name but you know who you are☺️) was also very kind and personable! I was told it could be a couple of hours before they would be able to look at my vehicle but nope, way faster!! Thanks so much guys(and gals if any are working there) - you really made my Friday, and I will take every opportunity to recommend you!

My sincere thanks to the team at the Beechville Mr. Transmission. They spent the time to clearly explain what they were going to do and when it turned out that my transmission was unrepairable, they didn't charge for the time they had taken to look at it.
