George/Rito is a splendid guy offering great service for my Acura TL. Very happy with the end result of the repair of my transmission. I will most definitely recommend his shop.

Very Frustrating to deal with - could never get a solid quote on $ or time line. Was told they had Saturday appointments so we dropped the vehicle off Friday night only to find out on Monday that they don't have mechanics on staff - they just test drive on saturdays to diagnose. Extremely misleading. On Tuesday evening I got a loaner vehicle from George - the engine light was on (not a very good feeling considering they were fixing my engine) and it was almost out of gas. I had to gas it up myself. Will never go back not recommend Mister Transmission regardless of quality of repair because it was such a frustrating experience.

Did not know 100% what issue was and had to troubleshoot generic engine code; 1st suggested repair seems to have resolved the issue. kept me informed and explained why they were doing what they were doing.

We had an intermittent problem...

We had an intermittent problem that had taken months for our regular mechanic to even acknowledge, at which point he said we needed to take it to a transmission place. In contrast, I appreciated how carefully Gary from Mr. Transmission listened to my description of the problem, writing down all the details despite being busy. They helped me troubleshoot the problem -- a cooked "viscous coupler" (center differential) though they weren't comfortable tackling it themselves. I ended up taking it to a childhood friend of mine who gave it a shot and it's been working for months now without any trouble. Bottom line, I very much appreciated Gary's cooperation and trust working with me on this real head-scratcher!
