Cecil was nothing short of amazing as he helped me through a seamless transition from bumpy gear shifts to perfect. My truck feels brand new again and I couldn't be happier. The staff are friendly and honest and Cecil and his staff know their cars/ trucks. He was able to tell me what was wrong before he even popped the hood. Needless to say, I’ll be referring him business in the future for sure!!!

Cecil at the Burnaby location was extremely friendly and helpful. In fact, he kept the shop open for us after closing so that we could drop off our car. Our car came out running great. As a bonus the repairs came to much less than we thought. Thorough service at a great price, we couldn't have asked for more.

Fantastic experience. Cecil is now my go-to mechanic and I can't recommend him highly enough. Very polite, very fair, very fast! Easy to see why he's got so many good reviews online. Thank you, Mister Transmission! They fixed my transmission for less than quoted from Coquitlam Journey Chrysler. They had the vehicle for a few days and now it's good as new! The only negative would be the courtesy car as it was very very old with super high km's and I felt a little unsafe - but I didn't have to go too far! I highly recommend Sunny & Kyle and the crew!

We came to Mr transmission...

We came to Mr transmission with a 20ft rv that we road tripped across country in and were living out of. We needed a rebuild. The shop staff were all super friendly and made sure we still had the rv to stay in while waiting for parts. They even let us use an extension cord for rv when our batteries died. They had very reasonable prices and owner Sunny and the man at front desk, named Kyle were both very kind and helpful. Would recommend them! Just make sure you get all the correct paperwork for warranty!

My car died while in...

My car died while in traffic today, luckily right near this shop. I managed to steer my car into their parking lot and saw an employee and asked for help. They quickly figured out what the issue was and got me in and fixed the issue for me right away!! I couldn’t have broken down in a better spot. I cannot thank them enough for their help and would definitely recommend them!
