These folks had a real challenge with my Passat but through it all they kept me clearly informed and successfully completed the work …both Stuart and Jamie were always up front and reachable and the service was truly deserving of 5 stars!! Well done and thank you very much!! Tom M

Jamie and Stewart provide no nonsense service. They are personable, and able to explain transmission problems and solutions. They removed the failed manual transmission from my Fiat 500, stripped it down, declared it beyond repair. I found a used one with LKQ, got it to Alberta, and they inspected it, and refitted. They replaced other items that were suspect while they were working on the car. I phoned most transmission shops in Alberta, they either would NOT work on a Fiat 500 manual box, or had never touched one. Jamie had removed and worked on them in the UK, so experience rules. So Fiat 500 owners... use Red Deer Mister Transmission. Also if you have a weird European vehicle, see Jamie and Stewart....

Unfortunately the transmission failed on a used Ford f150 I purchased, I had the vehicle inspected at mister transmission red deer, i had a call the service advisor who explained what had happened and then asked for authorisation to carry out the repair work, the transmission is now working perfectly. Thanks for the great work
