Five stars for ethics! I was referred to Mr. Transmission by another garage who thought that I may have a transmission/differential issue. Wes took my car for a test drive and immediately determined that this was not the issue. Mr T could have made a bunch of money, but they were honest with me and sent me back to the referring garage. Thank you Mr.Transmission! Last week I dropped off my Chevy pick-up to the Portage ave location that I have never been to before. The Technicians spent 3 days to successfully duplicate and diagnose the core issue that turned out to be a brake locking up causing the transmission to sound like it was failing. Thank you for being honest and going above and beyond to figure out the issue. You guys are true trouble-shooters. Side note: it was-30 that week and you did it with a smile on your face. Thanks to the guys at Mr Transmission on Pembina! Took my 2016 GMC Yukon XL to them with a blown torque converter! One week after I talked to them about bringing it in they had the transmission rebuilt and a new heavy duty torque installed! They explained the weakness of the factory torque converters and were very competent! I would recommend them to anyone who has transmission issues! Thanks !!👍

This place was amazing. My Wife car needed work. They found a not from Honda to replace the fluid a couple of times in a row. Got that done, and car runs great now!!! No more vibration!!!

I recently dealt with Mister Transmission after being misdiagnosed by another company. I was told it was my transfer case and was going to be over $3000 but Mister Transmission actually found the issue regarding the noise we kept hearing on our car and saved us money too. This was my first time dealing with anything like this, but they were patient, answered all my questions, gave extra context where needed and just gave top notch customer service. Thank you, Mister Transmission! They fixed my transmission for less than quoted from Coquitlam Journey Chrysler. They had the vehicle for a few days and now it's good as new! The only negative would be the courtesy car as it was very very old with super high km's and I felt a little unsafe - but I didn't have to go too far! I highly recommend Sunny & Kyle and the crew!

Fantastic service,I thought my transmission was shuttering so I brought it in for service.Mark had it checked and found it to be ok. They then retrieved the codes and found it was an engine misfire. After all this and absolutely no charge. Not many companies would do that! I can't praise them enough. Thank you Mark and staff
